ooks For You
is a Canadian company created by Marian Parry, a founding member of the
Ottawa Valley Guild of Stichery who has held several positions with the
Embroiderers' Association of Canada. Marian recognized the need for
Canadian stitchers to have access to a supply of embroidery books to help
them develop their skills and techniques. Marian established "Books for
You", which has undoubtedly met this need and made tremendous contribution
to the development and enjoyment of Canadian stitchers. As of June 1999,
Carole Van Die has taken over "Books for You" and will continue to serve
you in the manner established by Marian.
